New Youth Lounge - First Floor

Each Sunday morning the 6th-12th Grade Youth Lounge will be open before worship and after worship. It is a space for youth to hang out and spend time together on a Sunday morning (and throughout the week!), grab a snack or a cup of hot chocolate, and engage in a self-directed spiritual practice or devotional provided each week.

Youth Schedule

Skyzone Trampoline Park: 1/21 from 12:00 - 2:45

We have a Youth Group trip to Skyzone coming up on Sunday, January 21st!

We’ll leave from Fairmount at 12:15. We’ll arrive at Skyzone in time for a pizza lunch and one hour of trampoline awesomeness! We’ll leave from Skyzone at 2:15 and make it back to Fairmount around 2:45.

We need to sign-up in advance for each individual going. Please let me know as soon as possible and by 1/18 if your child is going!

Each youth needs:

 - A waiver on record. You can fill one our online here: https://highlandheightsstore.skyzone.com/waiver/WaiverInfo.aspx

 - A pair of socks. You can use ones from past trips, but if you don’t have any we’ll get you a pair!

 - $17 to cover the cost of a 1 hour jump. This can be paid to me in cash or in checks made out to Fairmount Presbyterian with ‘Youth Skyzone’ in the memo line.

Souper Bowl of Caring Fundraiser: 2/4

Help make Super Bowl Sunday a day for caring and giving! Youth Group members will be raising money for victims of Hurricanes Maria and Irma after both 8:30 and 11:00 worship services. All money raised will go to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (a ministry of the PCUSA) and their work in Puerto Rico and surrounding areas. Find more information here.

Summer Trips

We have some great opportunities this summer to learn, serve, and grow.

Registration is open for Memphis and Montreat, follow links below to register through Realm.

Look for more information about our Cleveland Mystery Retreat in coming weeks.

This year we are doing our trips in cooperation with 2 local Presbyterian Churches: Church of the Covenant and Forest Hill. We think that this wider base of participants and volunteers will enrich our summer trips as we experience them together!
