Lent, the season leading up to Easter, begins on Wednesday, March 6th. This year we will be focusing on the theme of Cultivating & Letting Go. What are the areas in your life and in the life of this community that need to be cultivated; that need to have more time and energy spent on them? And what are the things both individually and collectively that we are being called to let go of?
We encourage you to read The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown as part of your Lenten practice, and to come to talk about it during CONNECT on Sunday, March 24th. We also hope that you take time to sit with the images and words that will be shared weekly in the Bible Study in Your Inbox email. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be added to this distribution list.
Prayer Centers are available for your use throughout the building. Look for special building hours during Holy Week to spend additional time in these spaces. We also encourage you to pick up a Lenten devotional book from Andersen Hall.
