New Youth Lounge - First Floor

Each Sunday morning the 6th-12th Grade Youth Lounge will be open before worship and after worship. It is a space for youth to hang out and spend time together on a Sunday morning (and throughout the week!), grab a snack or a cup of hot chocolate, and engage in a self-directed spiritual practice or devotional provided each week.

Sunday Morning Activities

  • Calling all 6th-12 graders: this Lent let's focus on faith! Reconnect with your spiritual side and explore what God is doing in your life through worship. Starting February 18th, come to the youth room before worship starting at 9:50am, for breakfast, snacks, hot chocolate and coffee, and a different topic/activity each day.
  • Photo Circle/Photo Challenge - This Lent all 6th-12th graders are invited to participate in a photo challenge. We'll be using the app PhotoCircle to share photos together and see the world through each others' eyes. Take some time to slow down and look for beauty in the world around you! Find information on how to join in the youth room.

Summer Trips

We have some great opportunities this summer to learn, serve, and grow.

For more information, download this Summer Trips Packet or look for it on the Youth Ministry Bulletin Board.

Registration is open for Memphis and Montreat, follow links below to register through Realm.

Look for more information about our Cleveland Mystery Retreat in coming weeks.

This year we are doing our trips in cooperation with 2 local Presbyterian Churches: Church of the Covenant and Forest Hill. We think that this wider base of participants and volunteers will enrich our summer trips as we experience them together!
